Would you confuse this for expensive bone china? Maybe from a distance. This is a beautiful porcelain tea set. It's fairly sturdy, the decals are applied cleanly and neatly. It is sturdy enough that children could enjoy the set with an adult for tea time withou worries of damaging finer china. The pieces are well crafted. The pattern reminds me of a print from a botanical book; it isn't a style you see very much, which makes this set different. Overall, I think the set is an exceptional value for the price range.
